Responsibilities

• Bed Management Operations: coordinate admissions/transfers and assign beds per protocol.
• Ambulance Service Management Operations: arrange ambulance transfers and coordinate with vendors; ensure proper records.
• Emergency Activation: participate in Code Blue drills and activate ERT as needed.
• Administrative Duties: handle bed/ambulance inquiries via phone/email; PDPA compliance; contribute to patient care improvements.
