Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Beauty Advisor in Singapore's Orchard ION flagship store to provide personalised beauty consultations and drive store sales.

You will understand customer needs, recommend skincare, makeup, and related products, and maintain an inviting store environment. The role offers a guaranteed monthly base pay of SGD 2,000, with up to SGD 2,000 in allowances and uncapped commission, plus monthly incentives and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Passionate about beauty, skincare and makeup and customer service.
• Previous Beauty Advisor or beauty retail experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive and service-oriented approach.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and working towards sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and personalised beauty consultations.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable beauty, skincare and makeup products.
• Build positive customer relationships through attentive service and product knowledge.
• Support the achievement of store sales targets through effective customer engagement.
• Maintain a well-presented and organised store environment.
• Assist with stock replenishment and day-to-day store operations.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, beauty trends and promotional activities.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver a seamless customer experience.
