Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. hires a Beauty Advisor for the Orchard ION store to deliver personalised consultations and excellent customer service in a luxury beauty environment.

You will receive a guaranteed base pay of SGD 2,000/month plus an ION Flagship Allowance up to SGD 2,000/month, with uncapped commissions and monthly incentives; total earnings can reach SGD 3,500–4,500+ per month. Structured promotion paths support career growth toward Senior Consultant.

Qualifications

• Passionate about beauty, skincare, makeup and customer service.
• Previous beauty retail experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work towards sales targets in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and personalised beauty consultations
• Understand customers' needs and recommend beauty products
• Build positive relationships through attentive service and product knowledge
• Support store sales targets through effective customer engagement
• Maintain a well-presented store and assist with stock replenishment
• Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions
• Collaborate with team to deliver a seamless customer experience
