Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Beauty Advisor for our Orchard ION store in Singapore.

You will provide personalised beauty consultations, recommend skincare and makeup products, and engage customers to drive sales while maintaining an appealing store environment. The role rewards strong performers with a base pay of SGD 2,000 per month, plus an allowance up to SGD 2,000 per month, and uncapped commission to achieve estimated total earnings of SGD 3,500–4,500+ monthly.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and personalised beauty consultations
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable beauty, skincare and makeup products
• Build positive customer relationships through attentive service and product knowledge
• Support the achievement of store sales targets through effective customer engagement
• Maintain a well-presented and organised store environment
• Assist with stock replenishment and day-to-day store operations
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, beauty trends and promotional activities
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver a seamless customer experience
