Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is urgently hiring Beauty Advisors for central outlets in Singapore. You will provide personalised consultations, recommend skincare, makeup and fragrance, and deliver attentive service to build lasting relationships.

Earn via guaranteed salary plus a flagship allowance and uncapped commissions; target-driven with monthly incentives and staff discounts. Opportunities exist to advance to Senior Consultant or Counter Manager, with a luxury beauty kit provided.

Qualifications

Passionate about beauty, skincare, cosmetics, makeup or fragrance.
Previous experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, premium retail or sales is an advantage.
Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in engaging customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.
Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Provide personalised beauty consultations and recommend suitable skincare, makeup and beauty products based on customers' needs
Deliver attentive service and build lasting customer relationships
Demonstrate product features, benefits and application techniques where required
Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective customer engagement and product recommendations
Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on beauty trends and promotions
Ensure product displays and counters are clean, organised and well-presented
Support stock replenishment and daily store operations
Collaborate with the team to deliver a positive customer experience
