Qualifications

• Diploma in Business or relevant disciplines.
• At least 4 years of retail experience in beauty/cosmetics.
• Experience leading a team.
• Good communication and inventory management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of all stores and drive sales.
• Plan manpower and operations to optimize staff productivity.
• Ensure sales targets are met and visual merchandising guidelines are followed.
• Conduct regular stock takes to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Manage Beauty Advisors performance and payroll/commission."
• Prepare and analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales and inventory reports for action.
• Keep stakeholders updated on sales performance.
