Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years of working experience in relevant field.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience managing a team is preferred.
• Willing to work retail hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate retail team at store.
• Guide and train new Beauty staff for on-the-job training.
• Ensure smooth running of daily operations, including staffing and merchandise display.
• Optimize resources to hit sales targets.
• Manage inventory and ensure stock accuracy.
