You will inspire a team of beauty consultants, manage daily counter operations, and elevate the brand experience with effective coaching and strategic initiatives. The role requires 3+ years in retail beauty sales with supervisory experience, strong leadership, and a deep knowledge of skincare and makeup artistry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute localized sales strategies, promotions, events, and launches to drive foot traffic and revenue.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, onboarding and ongoing product training.
• Oversee customer service standards and resolve complex client escalations with professionalism.
• Analyse sales data and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and report findings to management.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Beauty Consultant Manager to lead our beauty department. In this role, you will inspire a team of beauty consultants, manage daily counter operations, and elevate our brand experience to new heights.

What You Will Do:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Beauty Consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory control, visual merchandising, and expense management.
• Develop and execute localized sales strategies, promotional events, and product launches to drive foot traffic and revenue.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, onboarding, and continuous training on product knowledge and artistry techniques.
• Oversee customer service standards, stepping in to resolve complex client escalations with professionalism.
• Analyse sales data and KPI metrics to identify growth opportunities and report findings to upper management.

What We Are Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in retail beauty sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to coach teams and foster a collaborative, high-energy environment.
• Excellent business acumen, analytical skills, and familiarity with retail KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, average basket size).
• Deep passion for and knowledge of the beauty industry, skincare trends, and makeup artistry.
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and peak holiday seasons.
