Job summary

HRnet Ventures Pte Ltd is recruiting for an in-store beauty retail position at Serangoon NEX, Singapore. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences while promoting beauty, skincare, fragrance, and wellness brands.

You will build relationships with customers, meet sales targets, and stay updated on product launches. The package includes attractive commission, staff discounts, healthcare, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in beauty/retail/sales is advantageous.
• Passion for beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or fragrance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive in-store experience.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable beauty, skincare, fragrance, and wellness products.

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on product launches and promotions.
• Support visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and daily store operations.
