HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is hiring Luxury Beauty Retail Assistants to join luxury fragrance, skincare, cosmetics and beauty brands across Singapore.

Basic salary ranges 2,000 to 2,700 SGD monthly, with incentives. Various locations including Orchard and Marina Bay Sands. We seek passionate individuals with strong communication and customer service skills, able to deliver personalized shopping experiences, maintain brand presentation, and support store targets while adapting to shifting rosters

Qualifications

• Passionate about beauty and luxury retail.
• Experience in retail or customer service is advantageous.
• Prestige or luxury beauty experience is beneficial for selected openings.
• Well-groomed, confident and customer-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm and professional customer service.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable beauty, fragrance or skincare products.
• Provide product information and create a personalised shopping experience.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Support individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
• Assist with cashiering, stock replenishment and daily retail operations.

We are hiring Luxury Beauty Retail Assistants / Beauty Advisors to join established luxury fragrance, skincare, cosmetics and beauty brands across Singapore.

Salary Package

Basic Salary: $2,000 - $2,700/month , depending on experience

Attractive incentives / commission applicable

4-8 off days per month , depending on brand and roster

Various locations across Singapore, including Orchard and Marina Bay Sands

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver warm and professional customer service
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable beauty, fragrance or skincare products
• Provide product information and create a personalised shopping experience
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Support individual and store sales targets
• Maintain excellent visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
• Assist with cashiering, stock replenishment and daily retail operations
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, launches and beauty trends

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Passionate about beauty, fragrance, skincare or luxury retail
• Retail, beauty or customer service experience is an advantage
• Prestige or luxury beauty experience is advantageous for selected openings
• Well-groomed, confident and customer-oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven with a positive attitude
• Comfortable working retail shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
