Job summary
HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. invites customer-focused individuals to join a beauty retailer in Bugis, Singapore.
We offer prestige skincare, cosmetics, fragrance and wellness brands and a chance to deliver exceptional service experiences in a fast-paced retail environment. You will drive sales and build relationships by understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products, and staying informed on launches and promotions.
Qualifications
- Experience in beauty, retail, sales or customer service is advantageous.
- Passion for beauty, skincare, cosmetics or fragrance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive in-store experience
- Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable beauty, skincare, fragrance, and wellness products
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent customer service
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on product launches and promotions
- Support visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and daily store operations
- Ensure store presentation standards are consistently maintained

Attractive Monthly Commission
Basic Salary: $1,975/month

- Build strong customer relationships through excellent customer service
