Pearl de Flore is hiring a Beauty Advisor to drive in-store sales and deliver emotionally engaging customer experiences across all product categories. You will promote a high-performance selling culture by inspiring, supporting and mentoring peers.

The role requires a passion for beauty, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment with a 5-day workweek and 9-hour shifts. Competitive pay includes a guaranteed base and bonuses.

The Beauty Advisor drives sales growth by personally

selling deep and across all product categories and delivering emotionally

engaging customer experiences consistent with the brand vision. The Beauty Advisor

promotes a high-performance selling culture by inspiring, supporting

and mentoring peers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drives top line store sales and growth by personally selling to customers
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively
• Creates enthusiasm for selling strategies by inspiring, supporting and mentoring others’ selling behaviors
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with a 5-day workweek and 9-hour shifts (including a 1-hour lunch break)
• Displays expert product knowledge and takes initiative to elevate personal and peer knowledge of product categories
• Responsible to meet minimum monthly sales target
• Contributes to and thrives in a sales-driven culture.
