Job summary

ALLINA SPA AND BEAUTIEES in Singapore is seeking a client-focused spa assistant to perform facial and skin treatments, manage appointment bookings, and accurately record client data. You will keep treatment rooms clean and stocked, conduct pre- and post-treatment consultations, respond to client inquiries, suggest retail products or extra services, and handle basic admin tasks, including documentation and file maintenance.

Weekend and public holiday shifts are required.

Responsibilities

• Performing various skin treatments according to clients' needs, such as facial/skin treatments.
• Scheduling clients appointments
• Data entry of client's information
• Keep documentation and maintain clients files
• Perform pre-treatment and after treatment consultation
• Acknowledge and respond to relevant clients queries, needs and expectations
• Suggest and promote retail products or additional services
• Stock taking
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean and neat
• Any other administrative task when require
