Job summary

SEETHO CONTRACTING SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a beauty technician to consult with clients, perform treatments, and promote skincare products at our Singapore salon. You will assess skin conditions, tailor services, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for every client.

You will deliver facials, waxing, makeup, and related services, while maintaining equipment, documenting client preferences, and keeping up with skincare trends to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand beauty needs and preferences.
• Recommend suitable beauty treatments, skincare routines, and products.
• Provide professional advice on skin, hair, and body care.
• Perform beauty services such as facials, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, and basic skincare treatments.
• Provide makeup services for daily wear, special occasions, or events.
• Carry out hair removal and skin treatments according to client requirements.
• Analyze skin types and conditions before recommending treatments.
• Apply facial treatments, cleansing, exfoliation, and moisturizing procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of skincare products and techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Sterilize instruments and ensure proper sanitation practices.
• Follow health and safety standards at all times.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Ensure clients feel comfortable and satisfied with services.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve minor complaints professionally.
• Schedule client appointments and manage time effectively.
• Maintain records of client treatments and preferences.
• Recommend and promote suitable beauty products to clients.
• Explain product benefits and proper usage.
• Monitor stock levels of beauty supplies and tools.
• Inform management when supplies need replenishment.
• Ensure beauty equipment is properly maintained and functioning.
• Report faulty equipment for repair or replacement.
• Stay updated with new beauty techniques, trends, and products.
• Attend training sessions and workshops when required.
