Job summary

ACES WELLNESS BEAUTY CENTER in Singapore seeks a friendly team member to perform facial/skin treatments, schedule appointments, and manage client data and files.

You will handle pre- and post-treatment consultations, answer client questions, promote retail products, stock, and keep treatment rooms clean. Some weekend and public holiday work is required, along with other administrative duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform facial/skin treatments as per clients' needs
• Schedule clients' appointments
• Data entry of client information
• Maintain client files and documentation
• Conduct pre-treatment and post-treatment consultations
• Respond to client queries and fulfill needs and expectations
• Suggest and promote retail products or additional services
• Stock taking and inventory management
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean and neat
• Perform other administrative tasks as required
• Weekend and public holiday work for shifts

• Performing various skin treatments according to clients’ needs, such as facial/skin treatments.
• Scheduling clients appointments
