Job summary

• Perform facial and skin treatments according to clients' needs.
• Schedule clients' appointments and manage calendar.
• Enter and update client information accurately.
• Keep documentation and maintain client files.
• Conduct pre- and post-treatment consultations.
• Acknowledge and respond to client queries and expectations.
• Promote and upsell retail products or additional services.
• Stock taking and inventory checks.
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean and neat.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
• Follow instructions closely.
