Job summary

Deden Beauty House in Singapore is seeking a skincare professional to provide personalised skincare treatments and professional advice, and to deliver exceptional hands-on care. You will also support daily retail operations and help create a premium customer experience.

Training will be provided; English and Chinese communication is preferred, with a service‑oriented mindset, positive attitude, and ability to work as a team player. Expect retail hours including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior knowledge or experience is not necessary as training will be provided
• Able to communicate in simple English and Chinese
• Service-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn continuously
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
• Comfortable working retail hours, weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Assess customers’ skincare needs and provide professional advice
• Perform facial treatments to customer’s comfort and satisfaction
• Educate and recommend appropriate skincare treatments and products to customers to support their skin health
• Build and maintain positive rapport with customers
• Assist with retail operations including stock taking
• Maintain a clean, hygienic and professional treatment environment
• Training will be provided for additional treatments and equipment where required
