The role involves performing facial and skincare treatments, analyzing skin, and recommending suitable products, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships. The ideal candidate has experience in facial treatments, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Beauty Therapy or Cosmetology certification preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of facial and skincare treatments.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Positive, professional and customer-focused attitude.
• Fresh candidates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional facial, skincare, and basic aesthetic treatments.
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments.
• Recommend appropriate skincare products based on customer needs.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.
• Promote and upsell treatment packages, memberships and retail products.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment.
• Maintain accurate customer profiles and treatment records.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene standards.
