Job summary

Sinweb Manpower in Singapore is seeking a client-focused beauty therapist to deliver facial and skin treatments, while ensuring a warm, welcoming experience for clients.

You will manage appointment scheduling, maintain accurate client records, perform pre- and post-treatment consultations, promote retail products, and support daily admin tasks in a clean, well-organized workspace. The role requires flexibility to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.

• Performing various skin treatments according to clients’ needs, such as facial/skin treatments.
• Scheduling clients’ appointments
• Data entry of client's information
• Keep documentation and maintain clients’ files
• Perform pre-treatment and after treatment consultation
• Acknowledge and respond to relevant clients’ queries, needs and expectations
• Suggest and promote retail products or additional services
• Stock taking
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean and neat
• Any other administrative task when required
