Job summary

SNAPFIND TALENT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. offers a permanent role to support PMO governance and transformation initiatives within the Banking/Financial Services sector in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in PMO, project coordination or governance.
• Experience in Banking/Financial Services is preferred.
• Familiarity with BCBS239 and data governance tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, RAID logs, action trackers, status reports, and remediation plans.
• Collaborate with Risk, Finance, Data Management teams, and external vendors to manage dependencies and issues.
• Support scope, milestones, governance frameworks, roadmaps, and project documentation.
• Track compliance with PMO governance and reporting standards; drive corrective actions.
• Maintain project repositories, governance artefacts, lessons learned, and knowledge docs.
• Prepare status updates, management reports, and governance materials for decision-making.
• Coordinate meetings, capture decisions and actions, and ensure delivery of milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, RAID logs, action trackers, status reports, and remediation plans, ensuring timely follow-up, escalation, and closure of project deliverables and outstanding items.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Risk, Finance, Data Management teams, and external vendors, to manage dependencies, facilitate communication, and support there solution of project issues and risks.
• Support the planning, development, and maintenance of project scope, milestones, governance frameworks, delivery roadmaps, and project documentation in alignment with established project management methodologies and standards.
• Track and ensure compliance with PMO governance requirements, project management frameworks, reporting standards, and documentation controls, identifying gaps and driving corrective actions where necessary.
• Manage and maintain project repositories, governance artefacts, lessons learned, and knowledge management documentation to ensure information accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across project teams.
• Prepare and consolidate project status updates, management reports, meeting materials, and governance documentation to support effective project oversight and stakeholder decision-making.
• Coordinate project meetings, capture key decisions and action items, and follow through on deliverables to ensure successful project execution and governance adherence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, Data Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, PMO, project management, governance, or transformation initiatives.
• Good understanding of project management methodologies and governance processes, including project planning, status reporting, RAID management, issue tracking, and change control.
• Experience in preparing project documentation, management reports, meeting minutes, governance materials, and stakeholder presentations.
• Experience supporting IT, regulatory, data governance, risk management, or transformation projects within the Banking or Financial Services industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders and clients at various levels.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Prior experience in BCBS239, data governance, data management, or other regulatory-driven initiatives is preferred.
• Experience working with data governance tools such as Collibra, Informatica, or equivalent platforms is advantageous.
• Previous experience gained within a consulting firm is highly preferred.
