  • Shift: 6:30pm – 3:30am

  • Work Days: 6 days per week

Salary & Benefits
  • Salary Structure: Basic Salary (OT Available)

  • Gross Salary: SGD 3,000 – 3,500

What Will You Do?
  1. Prepare, marinate, and grill various BBQ items, ensuring consistent quality and taste.
  2. Operate and control charcoal grills, skewers, flat tops, ovens, and other BBQ equipment with proper heat and timing management.
  3. Oversee the BBQ station, maintain cleanliness, and supervise the BBQ Assistant.
  4. Manage inventory, check ingredient freshness, and highlight replenishment needs in a timely manner.
  5. Ensure strict compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.
  6. Assist with other kitchen duties as and when assigned by the Chef/Management.
Job Requirements
  1. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in BBQ or related kitchen roles.
  2. Strong grilling skills, including charcoal, skewer, iron plate, and oven cooking.
  3. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and deliver consistent results.
  4. Responsible, reliable, and able to lead and guide junior staff.
  5. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  6. Must possess a valid Food Hygiene Certificate.
