Durapower is seeking a strategic and high-energy Senior Specialist / Assistant Manager, Marketing and Corporate Communications to shape our brand voice in the rapidly evolving decarbonisation landscape. The role will translate our technical edge into compelling market positioning that drives commercial growth and global recognition.

You will lead messaging across NMC, LMFP and other battery solutions, collaborate with engineering, product, sales and ESG teams, and develop sales enablement

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B marketing and communications experience in battery, EV, oil & gas or automotive sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and co-own go-to-market strategy, target segments, and buyer personas.
• Build and steward a cohesive brand strategy for Durapower's NMC/LMFP battery space.
• Translate technical attributes into value-driven narratives for diverse stakeholders.
• Equip global sales with pitch decks, data sheets, battle cards and ROI tools.
• Lead multi-channel campaigns across industry media, email, LinkedIn, and forums.
• Manage press relations and ESG milestones communications.
