Job summary

jointhire singapore pte. ltd. is seeking a skilled Bartender/Bar Supervisor for a newly opened restaurant in Central Singapore. The role focuses on managing daily bar operations, stock, and ensuring premium service in a fast-paced setting.

With at least 3 years of experience, you should be knowledgeable about cocktails and sake, capable of stirs/shakes, and able to work weekends and public holidays. Benefits include overtime pay, annual and medical leave, and growth opportunities.

Our client is a newly opened restaurant located in a 4‑star hotel at Central of Singapore. With head chef from Tokyo, Japan, they are offering wonderful Japanese and French fusion cuisine.

Job Description:

• Manage daily bar operations
• Take charge of bar prep, stock levels, and timing
• Keep the bar clean, safe, and running smoothly
• Maintain drinks hygiene standards and workplace safety
• Assist the head bartender with cost management, quality control, and training new talent

Job Requirements:

• Min 3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledgeable in alcohol like cocktails and sake
• Skills in stirring and shaking cocktails are preferred
• Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
• Good team player and self‑motivated
• Passionate about service and people

Compensation:

• Working location: Central, walking distance to MRT station
• Working hours: Weekdays: 3pm - 12am; Weekends: 10am - 12am
• Working days: 5 days/week (shift rotational)
