Job summary

SGET SG PTE. LTD. is seeking a bartender to join our Chinatown / Raffles bar team. Basic salary is SGD 2,800 +/- per month. No experience is required, and we welcome candidates with strong customer service and communication skills.

You will handle daily bar operations, prepare cocktails and beverages to menu standards, keep the bar clean and organized, and work in a fast-paced F&B environment with 6 days a week and 10-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Willing to learn bartending techniques and beverage knowledge.
• Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment.
• Previous bartending or F&B experience is an advantage, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily bar operations and beverage preparation.
• Prepare cocktails and other beverages according to the menu and standard recipes.
• Prepare alcohol, ice, fruits and other bartending ingredients.
• Ensure the quality, taste and presentation of beverages meet standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
• Monitor and replenish bar supplies when required.
• Maintain bar equipment and bartending tools.
• Work closely with the team to support daily restaurant operations.

Working Hours

• 6 days per week
• 10 hours per day
• Shift timings will be arranged according to the restaurant's schedule
