Job summary

Wooloomooloo Steakhouse in Singapore is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. You will craft cocktails, wines and beverages to a high standard while delivering warm, guest-focused service. Minimum 1 year of Bartender experience in fine dining or upscale settings is preferred.

Excellent knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits and wine pairing, plus strong communication and teamwork, are essential. We offer SGD 2,800–3,500 monthly, based on experience, plus staff meals and other benefits

Position: Bartender
Location: Wooloomooloo Steakhouse, Singapore
Salary: SGD 2,800 - SGD 3,500 (commensurate with experience)

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails, wines, and beverages to a high standard
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area
• Deliver warm, attentive service and build great guest relationships
• Manage bar inventory, stock levels, and ordering as needed
• Work closely with the F&B and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
• Uphold responsible alcohol service and hygiene standards at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender, preferably in a fine dining, steakhouse, or upscale bar/restaurant setting
• Solid knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and wine pairing basics
• Friendly, guest-focused attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team player, reliable, and well-groomed
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
