Jigger & Pony Group, a leading hospitality company in Singapore, owns and operates restaurants and bars, including Jigger & Pony, Humpback, and Caffe Fernet. The Group is expanding its team and seeks passionate individuals to join as Bartender in its vibrant cocktail bar scene.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year bartending experience at a leading cocktail bar, a hospitality-minded attitude, and good English communication.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience at a leading cocktail bar.
• Hospitality-oriented with guest‑centered approach.
• Conversant in English and proficient in service language.

Mansioni

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages with high degree of proficiency and consistency
• Prepare workstations & pantries, ensure that all materials, equipment are ready for service
• Deliver convivial hospitality, ensuring internal quality standards and procedures are being practiced
• Deliver genuine service from the heart
• Set-up and maintain a neat, polished venue
• Responsible for the bar’s daily operation and inventory management
• Perform related duties as part of a tight‑knit hospitality team
