Job summary

Bitters & Love Cocktail Bar and In Grams Salad, under MEGUSTA PTE. LTD., are seeking a seasoned bartender who can lead floor operations, craft high-volume cocktails, and connect with guests.

Split between our two brands, this role requires at least 2 years experience, strong spirits knowledge, and a positive, ego-free leadership style. You’ll elevate service during peak hours and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bartending experience.
• Natural leader who coaches with patience and leads by example.
• Solid knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and prep work; eager to learn more.
• Thrives in high-energy environments and brings positive vibes to the team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-tier hospitality, remember regulars' names, and make every guest feel like a VIP.
• Shake, stir, and pour drinks with speed and consistency, ensuring garnish and juice are ready.
• Mentor junior bartenders, manage inventory, and support costings while keeping floor operations smooth.
• Collaborate across Bitters & Love Bar and In Grams Salad to keep brand energy unified.

Your adventure

You'll split your time between:

Bitters & Love Cocktail Bar (65%) and In Grams Salad (35%)

• Setting the Vibe: Delivering top-tier hospitality, remembering regulars' names, and making every guest feel like a VIP and also the service areas are nice and clean
• Crafting & Creating: Shaking, stirring, and pouring beautiful drinks while maintaining high standards of speed and consistency, making sure we have enough juice and garnish before service starts
• Leading the Crew: Mentoring junior bartenders, managing inventory, profit margins and costings without breaking a sweat, and ensuring floor operations run like clockwork.
• Collaborating: Working across both our bar and new salad concept to keep the synergy high and brand energy unified
