Job summary

Lavi Taco in Singapore is hiring a Bartender / Floor Crew to join a fast-paced, friendly team. The role combines bar service with floor support, handling drinks, food pairing, and guest interactions.

The successful candidate will have hospitality experience, be comfortable with both bar and floor duties, and be available for evenings, weekends and holidays. Growth opportunities exist within the expanding local F&B brand.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending, restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
• Basic cocktail and alcohol knowledge is an advantage.
• Friendly, confident and comfortable interacting with guests.
• Able to multitask and stay organised during busy service.
• Team player with a positive, hands-on attitude.
• Willing to work both bar and floor duties.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, wines, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Ensure drinks are prepared consistently according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and proper setup of the bar.
• Monitor bar stock and inform management of low-stock items.
• Handle glassware, garnishes, ice and bar preparation before and during service.
• Follow responsible alcohol service and food hygiene requirements.
• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Serve food and drinks, and assist guests with menu recommendations.
• Manage tables, clearing and resetting during busy service periods.
• Support the team with reservations, walk-ins and seating when required.
• Assist with takeaway and delivery orders.
• Work closely with the kitchen and floor team to ensure smooth service.

Lavi Tacois a contemporary Mexican taqueria built around bold flavours, good drinks, music and a lively social atmosphere. We’re a hospitality-driven brand at our core, and that extends beyond our guests to how we treat and support our team as well.

We’re looking for an energetic and personableBartender / Floor Crewteam member who can confidently work behind the bar while also supporting the floor during service.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys hospitality, works well in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely likes interacting with guests.

Key Responsibilities

Bar
