People People Brewery at Resorts World Sentosa, Singapore, is opening its first team of bartenders to craft drinks near guests and uphold brand standards in a lively, social setting.

Qualifications

• At least 1–3 years of bartender experience.
• No minimum certification required.
• High standard of hospitality and service.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Establish rapport easily.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven objection handling, prospecting and negotiation skills.
• Reliable, focused and detail-oriented.
• 5-day work week (44 hours per week).
• Only Singaporean and Permanent Residents may apply.

Responsabilités

• Anticipate and attend to guest’s needs and desires immediately
• Ensure that a high product standard and consistency is maintained all of the time
• Maintain a harmonious relationship with other members of the service team
• Clear glassware, and any other unnecessary items from your outlet
• Maintain an acceptable degree of knowledge with regard to beverage product
• Prepare beverages in line with guest requests
• Up-sell of beverages
• Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure compliance of brand standards
• Strive to achieve departmental targets
• Ensure cleanliness of bar areas
• Comply with local licensing laws
• Adhere to all established cashiering policies and procedures
• Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Born from the same fire that built Burnt Ends Hospitality Group, People People Brewery is where great beer, wood-fired food, music, and community come together at Resorts World Sentosa. We’re a working brewery, smokehouse, and social space rolled into one.
