The Drinking Partners Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Part Time Bartender/ Front Of House for 3 days per week, 4pm to midnight. This role suits semi-retirees or part-time students in a casual restaurant near Jalan Besar.

You'll oversee FOH and bar operations, prepare beverages, ensure health & safety compliance, handle transactions, and deliver a great guest experience. Must have prior F&B or customer-facing experience and fluent English; weekend and night work required.

Qualificações

• Prior F&B or any customer-facing experience
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift kegs up to 30L
• Available to commit 3 days per week (4pm–midnight) including weekends/nights
• 3 days per week at Jalan Besar, Singapore

We're hiring a Part Time (3 Day Per Week) Bartender/ Front Of House (suitable for semi-retirees, part-time students) to join our small team at our casual restaurant in Jalan Besar.

The role is great for someone who enjoys bar culture, craft beer, cocktails, wines, food and most importantly, delivering a great customer experience.

Prior F&B or customer-facing experience is required.

What You’ll Help With

FOH & Bar Operations

• Oversee FOH and bar operations
• Prepar mise-en-place
• Prepare and serve beverages (alcoholic and non)
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies

Customer Engagement & Experience

• Deliver an engaging and memorable experience for guests
• Provide food & drink recommendations
• Address guest concerns

Inventory & Transactions

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate supplies orders.
• Ensure accurate transactions on POS, payments and reporting

Requirements

• Prior F&B or any customer-facing experience

• Can commit 3 days (4pm to midnight) a week for at least 12 months
• Can work weekends and nights

Hourly Rate: $13 / hour (Gross) + Employer CPF
