Job summary

He Brews PTE. LTD. is hiring a full-time Barista at our Prudential CBD outlet in Singapore, delivering quality espresso beverages and friendly service in a fast-paced, professional café.

Responsibilities include preparing drinks, operating the POS, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with light food prep. A valid Food Hygiene Certificate is required, and 1 year of barista experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Food Hygiene Certificate to comply with food safety standards.
• Have at least 1 year of barista experience to demonstrate beverage preparation skills.
• Experience in salad bar and food preparation to support food service tasks.

• Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based beverages consistently and with care to meet quality standards
• Deliver warm, efficient, and professional customer service to office professionals and visitors
• Operate the POS system and process cashless and cash transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the bar and service area to ensure a safe environment
• Assist with light food preparation and restock daily supplies to support smooth café operations
• Collaborate with team members to manage peak hours efficiently and maintain service flow

Other Information

• Location: Prudential @ CBD
• Shift: 6.30 AM - 4.30 PM on weekdays
• Salary Range: $1,800 - 2,300 (depending on experience and skill level)
