Job summary

Little Farms is hiring a Leader with Heart to guide front-of-house in a fast-paced cafe environment in Singapore. As a Barista Leader, you will model warm hospitality, train FOH teams, and empower the staff to upsell while maintaining high standards.

You will keep the dining area welcoming, ensure food safety, collaborate with BOH, and keep guests smiling from first hello to last sip. If you thrive under pressure and lead with purpose, we want you on our team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality leadership, preferably in cafes or restaurants.
• Passion for coffee, service, and people.
• Ability to keep calm under pressure and lead a team with clarity and warmth.
• Strong communication skills—both listening and directing.
• Confidence in solving problems with a customer-first mindset.
