Job summary

PPP Coffee in Singapore is seeking a customer-focused team member to join our specialty coffee operation. You will prepare and serve coffee and beverages, calibrate and maintain equipment, and uphold exceptional customer service standards.

You will train staff, handle stock and cashier duties, and coordinate with suppliers. The role requires a proactive team player with attention to detail and a passion for coffee excellence.

Qualifications

• Service driven, outgoing and friendly.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Team player with a good learning attitude and keen interest to develop professionally in specialty coffee industry.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Self-motivated and good people skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages in accordance with the SOPs.
• Ensure that the coffee equipment is calibrated and maintained to produce consistent and high-quality coffee.
• Preserve and uphold excellent levels of customer service.
• Responsible for conducting service training to all other staff.
• Stock management - ordering and storage of products, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to perform cashier and order-taking duties.
• Ensure the maintenance of equipment and flag for servicing or repairs when needed.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management and/or immediate superior.
