Job summary

CHUN K CULTURE PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is hiring energetic bar staff to prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, mix cocktails, and ensure high standards of presentation.

You will interact with guests, handle special requests, manage stock, maintain cleanliness, and work closely with service crews and KTV hosts. 6-day work week, meals provided, and opportunities for mentorship and advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in beverage service or bar environment preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle guest requests professionally.
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drink Preparation & Service: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner; handle special requests or complaints.
• Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor bar stock and restock as needed; receive and check incoming stock; assist in monthly stock-taking and reporting.
• Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness of bar area, tools, and glassware; follow hygiene and safety regulations; wipe down counters regularly.
• Collaboration & Support: Work with service crew and KTV hosts to serve customers efficiently; assist in simple F&B serving tasks.
• 6 Days work week / 10 hours a day (1 hrs break)

Job Responsibilities:

1.Drink Preparation & Service

· Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests

· Mix cocktails and other drinks based on standard or custom recipes

· Ensure consistent drink quality and presentation

· Recommend beverages based on customer preferences

2.Customer Interaction

· Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner

· Handle special requests or complaints politely and promptly

3.Inventory & Stock Management

· Monitor bar stock and restock as needed

· Receive and check incoming stock

· Assist in monthly stock-taking and reporting

4.Cleanliness & Hygiene

· Maintain cleanliness of bar area, tools, and glassware

· Follow hygiene and safety regulations strictly

· Ensure bar counters are wiped down regularly

5.Collaboration & Support

· Work closely with service crew and KTV hosts to serve customers efficiently

· Help in simple F&B serving tasks if needed
