Job summary

TRIPLE SPECIALITY PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Barista role at our Singapore cafe. You will prepare and serve beverages, greet guests, take orders, and maintain bar cleanliness and operations.

You should be familiar with coffee and basic alcohol service and capable of working in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays. Training provided and opportunities to grow in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous barista or hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee, beverages, cocktails, and basic alcohol service.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Able to operate coffee machines, POS, and bar equipment.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and beverage quality.
• Able to handle payments and monitor stock accurately.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee, tea, cocktails, mocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, POS systems, and bar equipment safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and bar counter at all times.
• Replenish ingredients, beverages, garnishes, and supplies as needed.
• Monitor stock levels and report inventory shortages.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Handle cash and process customer payments accurately.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and equipment maintenance.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
