Job summary

AAANNNGG PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a customer-focused bar staff to ensure constant beverage stock and high-quality service. You will set up bars, manage stock, prepare garnishes, and serve guests with a friendly attitude.

Role involves taking drink orders, mixing drinks, and maintaining clean work areas. Weekend and public holiday shifts are required; a variable bonus scheme is offered and a shuttle bus is provided from Tanah Merah MRT.

Qualifications

• Good command of spoken English.
• Pleasant and outgoing personality.
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive service attitude, coachable.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the constant supply of beverage stock.
• Sets up assigned bars; requisitions and stocks all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice and produce.
• Maintains stock, prepares, cures and stores all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables to ensure product quality.
• Greets guests in a courteous, friendly manner.
• Takes and processes orders for drinks; mixes, garnishes and presents drinks using standard ingredient recipes; practices prudent portion control.
• Detects and acts upon guest inebriation as trained.
• Locks up and stores all beverage product, food, equipment items.
• Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards; keeps work area clean and organized.
• Arranges bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display in the bar area.
• Wash glassware.
