Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous bartending or F&B service experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and drink preparation techniques.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and quality standards.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service, including recommending drinks and upselling menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of the bar area.
• Process customer orders and payments accurately using the POS system.
• Monitor responsible alcohol service and verify customers' age where required.
• Assist with inventory counts and minimize stock wastage.
• Work closely with the bar and service team to ensure smooth daily operations.
