You will manage beverage quality, inventory, and staff scheduling while ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role requires strong leadership, customer focus, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in bar, restaurant or hospitality operations.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails and bar operations.
• Leadership and communication skills required.
• Customer service and problem-solving abilities essential.
• Able to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the bar.
• Lead, supervise and motivate the bar team.
• Ensure beverages are prepared and served to standards.
• Maintain excellent customer service and handle feedback.
• Manage inventory, stock levels and beverage supplies.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training and performance management.
• Monitor sales and beverage costs.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards.
• Ensure licensing requirements are met.
• Work with management to improve operations and customer experience.
• Support promotional activities to drive business.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
