Sunset Mett Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Director of Banquet Operations to lead flawless banquet execution and drive event revenue at METT Singapore, a heritage icon in Fort Canning Park.

You will oversee day-to-day banquet operations, ensure service excellence, and mentor a guest-focused team across F&B, culinary and catering sales. Aホテル lifestyle environment and strong leadership are essential.

Competenze

• Diploma in Food and Beverage or Hospitality Management.
• Minimum 6 years' experience in a similar capacity within a luxury lifestyle hotel.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a service team.
• Demonstrated initiative, commitment to professional values and a proven ability to lead a team.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to anticipate and meet the needs of guests.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Manage all administrative and operational aspects of banquet, ensuring smooth day-to-day banquet operations.
• Conduct regular walk-throughs of front and back-of-house areas to check set-up, service, food quality, maintenance and cleanliness.
• Ensures that quality of food / beverage / service provided are consistently maintained.
• Drive guest satisfaction and build lasting relationships with guests.
• Foster clear, effective communication between F&B, Culinary and Catering Sales department.
• Plan manpower and rosters to match the demands of each event.
• Manage relationships with external manpower vendors to ensure staffing needs are met and events run smoothly.
• Anticipate guest needs, resolve concerns swiftly and turn feedback into ongoing service improvements.
• Coach and mentor the team, nurturing talent through performance management and succession planning.
• Work hand in hand with other departments to ensure every event runs seamlessly and contribute to the hotel's overall success.
• Build a safe, collaborative and service-oriented team culture that supports the hotel's business objectives.
