The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in a 4/5-star hotel environment, and be adept at managing schedules, training, and performance development

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in a managerial position in a 4/5-star hotel.
• Good English skills, both written and verbal to meet business needs.
• Familiar with computer systems.
• Strong leadership, people management and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily banquet operations and lead from the front during peak events to ensure flawless execution and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate seamlessly with Kitchen, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Front Office teams to execute seamless event handovers and logistics.
• Address guest feedback proactively, implement service enhancements, and maintain strict adherence to workplace safety and hygiene standards.
• Prepare team schedules, assign daily duties, and forecast manpower requirements to align with event volumes and hotel occupancy.
• Support revenue forecasting, cost controls, and departmental budget alignment.
