Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Banquet Operations Manager to oversee planning and execution of all banquet events, ensuring precision and guest satisfaction. You will lead a team, coordinate with guests and departments, and maintain high service standards across a 4- or 5-star hotel environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of managerial experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with hotel systems. Expect demanding shifts and opportunities to drive exceptional hospitality experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
• Proficient with relevant computer systems and hotel software.
• Demonstrates motivation, commitment and a positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Able to work under pressure during busy periods.
• Strong leadership and training skills.
• Guest-focused with high service standards.
• Knowledge of F&B operations including service standards and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high customer service focus by keeping guests in mind.
• Plan rosters and schedules to meet business needs.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Engineering and Housekeeping to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop action plans to address shortfalls and improve service.
• Explain standards to the team and managers and ensure adherence.
• Attend regular F&B operational and roster meetings.
• Forecast 30 days of event requirements and plan accordingly.
• Complete financial and operating reports as required.
