Job summary

Hilton Singapore seeks an Assistant Banquet Manager to strategically manage banquet operations in line with Hilton policies and procedures. You will lead from the front during events, coordinate with Kitchen, Housekeeping, Engineering and Front Office to ensure flawless handovers and logistics.

Responsibilities include scheduling, staff development, performance appraisals, and driving revenue through cost controls and upselling hospitality services.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in a managerial position in a 4/5-star category hotel.
• Good English skills, both written and verbal to meet business needs.
• Familiar with computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily banquet operations and lead from the front during peak events to ensure flawless execution and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Kitchen, Housekeeping, Engineering and Front Office teams to execute seamless event handovers and logistics.
• Address guest feedback proactively, implement service enhancements, and maintain strict adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
