Job summary

RSM - Singapore invites fresh graduates to join our corporate insolvency team as an Administrative Analyst. You will assist in bankruptcy estate administration, learn the legal processes, and help track timelines to support case progression.

You will prepare letters and reports, gather information from debtors and third parties, maintain records, and contribute to financial reviews while working with a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Accountancy, Law, Business or other relevant qualifications
• Fresh graduates and those with less than 2 years of experience in corporate insolvency and/or external audit
• Strong analytical and report writing skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights and construct solutions
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines
• A strong team player

Responsibilities

• Assist in the administration of bankruptcy estates and processes.
• Prepare letters, notices, emails and reports.
• Take control of bankrupts' assets and realise them.
• Gather information from bankrupts and third parties.
• Maintain a database of information and records.
• Review and present financial information.
• Conduct site visits.
• Adjudicate creditors' claims.
• Investigate past transactions.
• Assist with reviewing of case/issues and preparation of file-notes.
• Attend meetings and take down minutes.
• Clarify issues to supervisors and communicate clearly and timely.
• Perform other duties to support departmental and organization objectives.
