Job summary

Capgemini Singapore Pte Ltd seeks a Technical Solutions Specialist to enhance, support, and optimize banking and capital markets systems. The role requires strong technical expertise, awareness of financial products, and proactive problem-solving across development and operations.

The candidate will analyze requirements, develop solutions, conduct UAT, and provide L2 support while improving monitoring and collaboration with DevOps and business analysts in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in banking/capital markets domain preferred.
• Proficiency in Java, .NET, Python and scripting languages (Shell, PL/SQL).

Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and propose tailored solutions.
• Develop and maintain software using Java, .NET, and Python.
• Coordinate and execute UAT for solution delivery.
• Provide level 2 application support and troubleshoot issues.
• Implement and enhance monitoring tools for performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions.
• Follow Agile methodologies and best practices.
