Job summary
Ambition Singapore is seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technology teams in Banking and Financial Services, delivering digital banking initiatives.
You will gather requirements, design solutions, support API integrations, SQL data analysis, and guide Agile delivery, UAT, and production implementation.
Experience with Temenos T24, Finacle, or Oracle FLEXCUBE and strong core banking knowledge is preferred.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in Banking or Financial Services.
- Strong knowledge of Core Banking functions: CASA, Deposits, Loans & Lending, Payments, and onboarding.
- Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and process maps.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Document and validate business requirements with stakeholders and tech teams.
- Lead requirement workshops, gap analyses, and impact assessments.
- Prepare BRD/FRD, user stories, workflows and use cases.
- Collaborate with architects, developers and QA to translate requirements into solutions.
- Support API integrations, data mapping and data validation activities.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and UAT planning/execution.
- Assist in production rollout and issue resolution.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance documentation and reporting.
