PASONA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Japanese-speaking Systems Analyst to work on large banking projects, specializing in M365, API interfaces and payment platforms. You will review requirements, analyze transaction flows, and ensure alignment between business needs and system solutions.

In this role, you will liaise with business users, IT teams, vendors, and regional stakeholders, support governance and risk management, and contribute to successful delivery across APAC banking initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst in banking system projects.
• Strong knowledge of Payments, Cash Management, Transaction Banking, or Corporate Banking.
• Experience analysing business requirements, transaction flows, system interfaces, data mapping, and functional specifications.
• Proficient in gap analysis, impact analysis, requirements clarification, and solution design review.
• Experience collaborating with business users, IT teams, vendors, and regional stakeholders.
• Knowledge of APIs, middleware, cloud-based banking systems, and system migration is advantageous.
• Experience in payment modernisation, ISO 20022, CMS, project governance, or regional APAC projects is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, independent, detail-oriented, and accountable for project delivery.
• Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in Japanese language is required to communicate with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and clients.

• Review and analyse business requirements, functional specifications, and system design documents for banking projects.
• Analyse banking transaction workflows to ensure alignment between business requirements and system solutions.
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, risks, and potential issues in project documentation and business processes.
• Liaise with business users, IT teams, vendors, and regional stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve design-related queries.
• Support project governance, progress monitoring, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and successful delivery.
• Maintain project documentation and assist with project status reporting and follow-up on key action items.
