Job summary

NTT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Domain Architect to lead the technology foundation update for the bank, owning architecture deliverables from concept through implementation.

You will analyze requirements, define the future state for core banking and payments, drive roadmaps, and influence both technical and business stakeholders across APAC to deliver high-quality solutions. The role covers building knowledge on leading trends in core banking, payments, and IT delivery, acting as a trusted

Qualifications

• Core banking knowledge: customer demographics and preferences, deposit products
• Core banking knowledge: customer and account lifecycle management
• Core banking knowledge: customer communications
• Payments knowledge: domestic/local payments, international/cross border payments, electronic cheques, real-time FX and contracts, book transfers
• Payments knowledge: B2B, B2C, G2B, G2C, P2P, B2E and G2G
• Collections knowledge: collections lifecycle, strategy & segmentation, payment arrangements, analytics & reporting

Responsibilities

• Serve as Domain Architect to implement an updated technology foundation for the bank with full capability/accountability for architecture deliverables (process, information, technology etc.) from concept to implementation
• Analyze stakeholder requirements, current state architecture, and gaps to create a future state for core banking and payment solution architecture with a focus on reduced complexity, cost efficiencies, reduced risk and/or improved business capabilities
• Communicate and influence key elements of one or more technology architectures to both technical and business audiences
• Contribute to architecture definition and road map in Core Banking and Payment domains especially around operations re-engineering and digitization
• Build out the knowledge base of the technology teams on leading trends in the APAC under Core banking, Payment domains, and IT delivery in general
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders in both business and IT to assist in defining and delivering high quality solutions
