Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore is seeking a Senior Solution Architect (Permanent, Banking) to lead the design of scalable, resilient architectures for complex banking solutions. You will drive end-to-end integration across channels and systems, collaborate with enterprise architects, and ensure alignment with IT strategy.

The role requires deep banking domain expertise, strong vendor evaluation skills, and a proven track record in delivering architectural governance.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in the financial industry.
7+ years in solution architecture within banking.
Ability to design scalable, resilient architectures for end-to-end integration.

Responsibilities

Conceptualize and design technical solution architecture aligned with project requirements and IT strategies.
Evaluate vendors, products, and technologies for proposals.
Collaborate with enterprise architects, SMEs, and vendors to ensure compliance with EA principles and project objectives.
Bridge communication between enterprise architects and delivery teams.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for proposed architectures.
Drive architecture process and obtain stakeholder approval.
Present and secure buy-in for solutions from IT management and architecture board.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
