Job summary

Almr Business Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance Engineer to support testing activities within an Agile and DevOps environment in Singapore. The ideal candidate has a banking application testing background, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure software quality and alignment with business requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Test Engineer in testing roles.
Experience with software testing processes in Agile and DevOps settings.
Banking application testing background or domain experience.
Ability to demonstrate software products and explain functionality clearly.
Experience defining testable requirements and acceptance criteria with customers and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach.
Ability to learn new applications and technologies quickly.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Testing or related field.
API testing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform software testing activities in an Agile and DevOps environment, including deployment and configuration.
Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to define testable requirements, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
Conduct testing of banking applications to validate functionality and alignment with business needs.
Demonstrate software products and communicate testing outcomes to stakeholders.
Work with team members and clients to identify issues, resolve defects, and support delivery.
Adapt quickly to new applications, technologies, and testing processes.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.
