Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an QA tester to design, execute, and maintain end-to-end UAT test scenarios for our digital banking platform. You will write test cases in JBehave for Agile projects and use JIRA/Confluence to track progress, ensuring timely delivery and high quality across web and mobile applications.

The role requires 1–2 years of banking domain testing, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication for cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent.
1–2 years in web/mobile testing in banking.
Analytical skills to derive end-to-end scenarios.
Familiar with Agile and Waterfall testing lifecycles.
Hands-on experience with JBehave.
Experience with QA processes and tools like Confluence and JIRA.
Excellent verbal and written communication for cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, execute and maintain end-to-end test scenarios and cases for digital platform UAT.
Write test cases in JBehave for Agile projects.
Use testing tools (JIRA, Confluence) to track progress.
Test web and mobile banking applications with attention to quality and deadlines.
Detect, report and track defects to closure.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues from clarification to closure.
Document changes and keep project updates current.
